The POSITION | About YOU:
We are recruiting a Growth & Market Intelligence Manager to enhance the implementation and scaling of our go-to-market initiatives. Building on our solid grounding in Luxembourg’s financial sector, your role will involve translating market insights into practical commercial engagement – through research on target segments, enriching lead information and supporting strategic communication across our channels.
You will collaborate with colleagues in marketing, sales, and product development to ensure our efforts are directed at appropriate audiences, interactions are effectively tracked and engagement strategies are continuously refined. This position is well-suited to an individual who is inquisitive, analytical and keen to contribute to purposeful growth efforts, while deepening their knowledge of how digital financial products are introduced and developed within Luxembourg’s dynamic financial environment.
With us you will…
Assist in the implementation of go-to-market activities by researching and profiling relevant companies, industry segments and key decision-makers.
Help transform insights into actions by maintaining and enhancing lead and account information, monitoring engagement patterns and identifying optimal connection points.
Support strategic marketing and sales efforts, including audience targeting for campaigns, event preparation and account-based marketing.
Collaborate across departments to align activities and drive initiatives that support client and partner engagement.
Job requirements
What we expect from you…
A results-oriented, data-savvy professional with a strong interest in digital financial services and their commercial pathways.
A methodical mindset with attention to detail, particularly in working with segmentation, lead data and user interaction metrics.
Educational background in marketing, business or a related area, along with experience translating strategy into action within marketing or sales functions
Proficiency in digital tools such as Excel or Google Sheets and ideally, exposure to CRM or campaign management platforms (e.g., Salesflare, Salesforce, Dynamics, Mailchimp, Sales Navigator).
Excellent command of English (spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Most importantly, a willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute meaningfully in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
