The POSITION | About YOU:

We are hiring a Pre-Sales & Solutions Consultant to support the growth and refinement of our digital finance platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing the needs of customers and prospects, mapping these against the features of Finologee’s platforms, and conducting gap analyses. You will prepare technical specifications and collaborate closely with product and development teams to coordinate work and draft user stories. You will contribute to custom analyses, evaluations, and solution designs, and prepare tailored product demos and sales pitches that support our business development and client delivery efforts. You will also play a key role in managing internal processes and projects to ensure seamless and effective product delivery.

This position is ideal for professionals with 5+ years of experience in IT project consulting, business analysis, or project management. We are looking for candidates who seek autonomy and the opportunity to work in a product-driven, innovation-focused company, and who are passionate about delivering impactful digital finance solutions.

  • Analyse client and prospect needs, assess how they align with our platforms’ capabilities, and identify functional gaps

  • Draft technical specifications and conduct coordination work with product and development teams to define and help shaping user stories

  • Support business development with tailored product demonstrations, technical evaluations, and custom solution pitches

  • Manage internal processes and client delivery projects, ensuring smooth integration and rollout of solutions

  • Contribute to the improvement of workflows, knowledge sharing, and project documentation

  • Facilitate cross-team communication and maintain alignment between business, product, and technical stakeholders

Job requirements

What we expect from you…

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management

  • Experience with financial industry IT integration projects is a plus

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts

  • Comfort working in cross-functional teams and engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience working in client-facing project roles is a strong asset

  • Fluent English; French is a bonus
