(Senior) Growth Intelligence Manager
- On-site
- Leudelange, Luxembourg, Luxembourg
- Marketing
Know Luxembourg’s financial centre inside out? Turn market insight into sales opportunities and sharp writing for a growing FinTech serving 100+ banks.
Job description
The POSITION | About YOU.
We are looking for a (Senior) Growth Intelligence Manager on a permanent contract to strengthen our growth function.
Your focus will be understanding the market we serve: the institutions across the Luxembourg financial centre (fund administrators and management companies, banks, insurers and corporates), what drives their decisions and where our three product lines can make a difference. You will turn that understanding into clear insight, commercial opportunities and well-written material that guide our growth priorities.
You will report to the Head of Growth & Marketing and work alongside our marketing, sales and product teams. The role is broad by design: it brings together market insight, data and writing with a commercial purpose. It suits a curious, senior generalist who enjoys connecting the dots and bringing ideas forward. Your knowledge of the Luxembourg financial centre, your feel for data and your experience of a regulated B2B environment, where relationships matter, will help you make a difference from day one.
With us you will…
Understand the institutions we serve and the market around them: segments, decision makers, buying triggers and needs across funds, banking, insurance and corporate treasury in Luxembourg, as well as regulation, appointments, mergers and competitors.
Support sales growth: help find the right message for each audience, turn market insight into concrete commercial opportunities and prepare them for our sales team.
Write with substance: analyses, briefs and thought-leadership texts that help us position our products and open the right conversations.
Job requirements
What we expect from you…
Must have
A minimum of 5 years of substantial experience in B2B market or business intelligence, strategy, growth or consulting, ideally in financial services, FinTech or RegTech. Candidates with fewer years and a strongly relevant profile are also welcome to apply.
Solid knowledge of the Luxembourg financial market: its players, segments, decision makers and regulatory drivers.
A proactive generalist mindset: comfortable moving between analysis, writing and hands-on growth activities, including the practical coordination that comes with them.
Strong analytical and writing skills: comfortable with market data and segmentation, and able to turn it into clear, structured and well-sourced texts in English, from analyses to articles.
AI tools as part of your daily work: research, writing and automation, including building your own workflows.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, finance or an equivalent field.
Languages: fluent English; French, German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
Being a European Union citizen or having a valid work permit for Luxembourg.
Nice to have
Knowledge of fund servicing, banking, corporate treasury or KYC/AML environments.
A network in the Luxembourg financial centre.
Experience in B2B marketing, from content to events and campaigns.
Design skills (Canva, Figma or AI design tools) to turn ideas into simple visuals.
What success looks like…
Success in this role is measured by what it brings to our growth, in particular:
A clear map of our market: target segments, institutions and decision makers in Luxembourg, shared with Sales and kept up to date.
Qualified opportunities for Sales: a steady flow of well-prepared leads each quarter, and the share of them that open real conversations.
Published content: analyses and articles released on a regular rhythm, and the interest and meetings they generate.
Concrete targets are agreed with the Head of Growth & Marketing during your first weeks.
In return you will get…
A permanent contract in a company that is growing its commercial engine.
Lunch vouchers and free on-site parking (first come, first served).
The opportunity to be part of one of the prime FinTech teams in Luxembourg, led by founders who have been building digital finance products for more than 20 years.
Spacious and modern offices in the Leudelange business district, easily accessible by bus or car.
A flat structure with direct exposure to decisions that matter, working closely with the Head of Growth & Marketing, the sales team and the founders.
At Finologee, mindset matters more to us than any specific skill set on paper. We work in a space where regulation, technology and real customer needs meet every day, and what sets people apart here is how they show up:
Genuine curiosity about the intersection of regulation, technology and customer needs, and the energy to dig into what you don't yet know.
Real commitment to the team and the work, especially when things get hard.
Initiative and judgement, whatever your title: in a team of 35, everyone gets to lead something.
If you recognise yourself here, we'd rather hear from you even if you don't tick every box.
Our hiring process…
Straightforward and respectful of your time:
Step 1: Motivational interview with the Recruiter.
Step 2: Interview with Victoria Döringer, Head of Growth & Marketing, including a short practical case.
Step 3: Interview with the CEO and the Chief Sales Officer.
Step 4: Interview with the Head of HR.
Step 5: Offer.
